CLASS CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Sometimes your plans change, we understand, and we're here to assist you.
If you have signed up for a Full Multi-Week Session and need a refund, just reach out to us at least 48 hours before the first class of the full session, and we'll be happy to help you out. Once a series starts, we do not offer refunds or makeup classes for missed classes, though we will gladly make an exception if you face unforeseen circumstances like injury, illness, or loss of a loved one.

If you have signed up for a Drop-in Session and you need to reschedule a class, you can do it through the Acuity up to the class start time. It’s easy to access through your initial registration email, or through the reminder email that goes out before classes. Please note that once the class starts, we can't accept cancellations, and you'll be charged for the class without the opportunity to reschedule.
Why are these policies necessary?

There is limited space in our classes and late cancellations have a ripple effect – someone on the waitlist misses out and the revenue we rely on to keep doing what we love has a real impact on us. If a portion of class is made up of dancers who are making up a missed class, it prevents other dancers from the opportunity to sign up for a class.
So, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in managing cancellations in a timely manner, as it helps us create the best possible experience for everyone. Your satisfaction and well-being are essential to us, so don't hesitate to reach out and we'll find the best solution together!
